Endpoints take effect as soon as you apply — no restart. Accepts a bare host like 10.0.0.12:9000 or a full URL. Leave a field blank to fall back to .env.local (shown as the placeholder). MongoDB is the exception: it stores these settings, so it can only be set in .env.local.
